Share Your Voice in the Superintendent Search- Focus Group Application

Hello RSD Families,  

Redmond School District is working with Human Capital Enterprises (HCE) to support the Board of Directors in selecting the District’s next Superintendent. An important part of the search process is hearing from those who know and care about RSD.

HCE consultants will facilitate a series of virtual focus groups October 18-23 with staff, students, families, and community partners. Focus groups are intentionally small so consultants can hear from each participant and learn deeply about the District. What HCE learns will help inform the Next Superintendent Criteria, support regional and national recruitment efforts, and ultimately help the Board find the best leader for RSD’s future.

Because space is limited, participants will largely be selected by lottery from among those who express interest, with care to ensure representation across the District.
